Update: More than 40 lakh citizens have enrolled for the Atal Pension Yojana in the current fiscal year. The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) announced on Tuesday that the Atal Pension Yojana now has over 2.63 crore shareholders.
The Atal Pension Yojana is a government-run pension scheme in India.
