3. The Holdovers (Peacock)
Director Alexander Payne and actor Paul Giamatti are always worth watching. They made Sideways. Pig Vomit returns as a 1970s prep school teacher spending the winter holidays with his least favorite student and the head cook.

Former military police officer Jack Reacher is now a hulking drifter with combat skills. That helped him fight corruption in season one. Season two finds him searching for the killers of his former military police.
