On September 23, 2023, Pakistan chief selector Inzamam-ul-Haq gave a funny reply to a journalist who asked him about the comparison between Pakistani all-rounder Shadab Khan and Indian left-arm spinner Kuldeep Yadav.
The journalist asked Inzamam who he thought was the better bowler, and Inzamam replied with a grin, “I cannot select Kuldeep Yadav… for me that’s an issue as he is from another team.”
